Even though I had been running for a little over 14 months and completed three 100-mile challenges, I knew I need a coach to kick my running game to another level. I love structured activities because, without that, I get overwhelmed and give up.  After completing the St. Jude Hospital 100-mile challenge in July 2021, I contacted Veronica to guide the running routine.
